Awards

Nigeria, our beloved country, is facing numerous challenges stemming from religious fanaticism, ethnic bigotry, sectional and nepotistic segregation. These issues have increased our security challenges, hindered our progress and undermined our collective well-being.

At Human Rights College, we recognize the urgent need for a new narrative - one that celebrates our diversity and promotes inclusivity, understanding, and respect for human rights from kindergarten level to tertiary level.

Pursuant to the provisions of these instruments; The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, UNCRC, The African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights, The Child Rights Act, 2003, LFN, The UBE ACT, 2004, LFN, The Child Rights Law, 2005, LNS and The Trafficking in Persons (Prohibition) Enforcement and Administration Act, 2015, LFN, our mission is clear: to raise ambassadors and advocates of social justice who would carry early the advocacy of the child's fundamental rights to Compulsory Universal Basic Education which is aimed at safeguarding every Nigerian child from any form of exploitation.

Training Advocates

Through our comprehensive curriculum and experiential learning approach, we are equipping our pupils/students with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to tackle the complex issues facing our nation and the globe.

We believe that every child has a critical role to play in building a more equitable and prosperous Nigeria.

Our students-comrades are empowered to:

Promote excellence and protect human rights and dignity for all persons.
Challenge discrimination and inequality
Foster national cohesion and unity
Advocate for social justice and accountability
